Snoops Is the false self the ego or superego, or all of it
I’m not sure how I framed it in this video, but generally the false self, fawn self, social mask, etc. is super-ego territory…
Though often in spiritual circles, people call an inflated ego, and inner critic, as ego… but usually they’re talking about a toxic super-ego….
A healthy ego, is a sign of adult maturity.. and having a reality tester… and a part that can regulate the needs of superego & id…

I think this goes into how to address the unmet needs of the superego, then there’s more room and energy to develop an healthy ego, and also integrate id impulses..
