Does anyone have examples of situations where one applies his or her bad side…in a sort of controlled or channeled way?
I have tried to find some in events of the past. And found indeed some “bad behavior” that was carried out with intention. I am not proud of the plan that I have carried out with some friends…to so called help another friend…but we did what we did. And I don’t know if it could be qualified as channeled “evilness”.
I hope you don’t mind sharing this example.
The boyfriend…later husband of a friend of mine took a job in a snack restaurant. He took it without a contract and the wages were undeclared. So the owner nor this friend did pay taxes. It isn’t the legal way where I live. The danger in taking on that kind of jobs, is that the owner may not pay you at all or not pay all your working hours, since there is no contract and no registration of the hours of labor.
And indeed after a while this is what happened. The owner stopped at a certain moment to pay the weekly worked hours…telling his employee that he had not enough money yet.
So the employee couldn’t go no where to complain as his work was not conform the law.
But he confessed it to his girlfriend and the rest of the friend group.
We all said that it was best for him to quit the job. He didn’t want to that since he had a lot of hours left that weren’t paid…and he was still believing that this boss would pay them after a while. Sort of denial.
I said that there was a way to get his money…if all the friends would agree to carry out a crazy plan that popped up in my mind.
But even if everybody would agree to carry it out that he had to promise that that evening would be his last one to work in that place and never take that kind of job anymore.
So the plan was that we would go out in the evening and eat all together at the place where he works. We used to do that sometimes to go eat in large group of friends in a nice place.
So this time it would be at the restaurant of where he was working.
And after dinner we would simply not pay. We would ask the boss to come at our table and explain him that we wouldn’t pay to him for our meal, since he hadn’t pay our friend for his work. And that we would give the money to our friend.
The whole group agreed to do it.
Some said, what if he calls the police? I was sure about it that he wouldn’t call the police….since I understood that he had even workers in the kitchen that were illegal in the country.
So we did it. And it worked. The owner didn’t call the cops, and even agreed in some way.Our friend never took that kind of job anymore afterwards.
But up till today it feels as if I convinced other people to rob a restaurant…..
On the other hand I know that the owner robbed our friend…and that within the legal system this couldn’t be resolved….
