There’s been a direction, which is towards strength, order, structure and pushing you forward assertively.
For people who struggle with issues around people pleasing, codependency, being a doormat, being a pushover,
we need to toughen up and we need to learn to say no.
But once you have toughened up and you have learned to say no, and you’ve leaned into the yang
Then we should seek to come back to balance
So to hold that space is noble yin
I have pushed you yang through this whole course,
but it’s just as important to begin, it’s just as important to relax
Yes go out exercise, do things, start that new job, release that single, make that film, write that book
but come back, meditate, relax, be at peace.
I’ve said be creative, don’t just ingest information all the time, now i’m saying ingest as much as you create.
Just do it consciously, your use of social media.
I’m not saying turn off your social media, turn off mainstream media, turn off your tv, turn off the advertising, turn off the marketing, though it would do some good if you did
If you want to imbibe it, then do, but hear me
it’s a poison chalice and it’s a slow poison
So ingest as little of it as you need in order to be functional and to live on your terms
It’s your time, it’s your attention, not theirs. Don’t waste it and don’t let them direct it.
- be balanced be as yin as you have learned to be yang
- take care of yourself with the same amount of respect and love as you would somebody else
- yin yourself, hold yourself, respect yourself,uplift yourself
- don’t take it too seriously, try and have a laugh every now and again
