That ask is a bit of a stretch for me, I sorta intuitively connected it to Chinese 5 elements of Earth, Fire, Water, Wood and Metal… I then added Air (which represents breathwork & spirit) to the self navigation map.
Now directly working with the 5 elements is more at an energetic level.. and people will be drawn to certain elements naturally, or they’ll have weak areas where they might need to build a stronger relationship w/ that energy…
For example.. metal energy is linked to mental focus… Xing-Yi santi stance practice and form practice builds capacity to concentrate and hone a hardened single point focus.. But that’s learned through physical and energetic practice, mental models and explanations don’t really equate to any capacity for skill..
